Product Name SOUPLESSE DARK
Characteristic Souplesse, a freeze- and thaw-stable compound coating, is an ideal coating for decorating and/or covering your pastry and bread products.
Method of Preparation Melt the Souplesse in a chocolate enrobing machine or in the microwave (max. 500 Watt) till a temperature of 45-50° C. Then, subject to the desired thickness of the layer, Souplesse can be processed at a temperature between 25 and 35° C. After covering/ decorating the product must be cooled. Attention: there is no need to temper and avoid contact with water!
Result A coating of Souplesse remains flexible after setting and does not break when cutting. Thanks to the ideal fat combination Souplesse melts quickly in your mouth and gives a good mouth feel and a delicate taste.

Characteristic

Concentrated Jell gives you bakery goods the attractive shine required. This Jell offers protection to the product, whilst preventing it from dehydration and extends its shelf life.

Methods of Preparation Add 40% water to obtain the best result. Heat the mixture till a minimum temperature of 80°c. Important:never heat the Jell through! Our concentrated Jell is suitable for application with a brush or with a glaze spraying machine.
Result With this preperation the Jell is fast-acting and gives a magnificent, clear and solid Jell. The Jell gives a fresh taste and is perfectly freeze-stable.
